Heating is included in the cost. Shared use of the kitchen is included in the room hire, for the making of drinks; other use such as preparation & cooking of meals is £12 per hour. Crockery, cutlery, pots and pans are provided.
Please be aware we expect the hirers to have their own liability insurance, and to reimburse the cost of breakages/damage how so ever caused. Hirers are required to return the premises to the state in which they found it (i.e. furniture replaced and floors and furniture cleaned) If we are required to employ a cleaner to make good after your departure we will make a charge! When booking please allow setting up and tidying afterwards time in your booking (suggest 1/2 hour each side of the event)
